My name is Mary Beth Schrudder, and I am a professional Transformational Life Coach, Law of Attraction Coach, Relationship Coach, Addiction Recovery Coach... and, I even have certifications in Transformational and Spiritual Life Coaching! I realize that technically, I should choose a specific niche, but I am extremely passionate about helping you in any aspect of your life. Also, I love learning and will always continue my education. At my current age of 49, I have a lot of life experience, made a lot of bad decisions and mistakes, BUT, turned everything negative in my life into positive. I want to help you do the same - without wasting decades of your life! Hiring a good coach is taking QUANTUM LEAPS instead of baby steps toward your dream life.

I have always been a spiritual seeker, and realized my true passion when I discovered the Law of Attraction in 2006. The correct application of The Law of Attraction is truly life-changing. Many people have dabbled in the teachings, but do not see results due to the plethora of misinformation online and in books regarding this Universal Law. This law requires so much more than positive thinking and hoping for the best! I will guide you to be the deliberate creator that you were meant to be by teaching you practical tools you can begin implementing immediately in your daily life.

My leading-edge personal coaching sessions will help you step outside of your comfort zone, and together, we will create extraordinary results using Law of Attraction techniques in the areas of love and relationships, fitness and weight loss, life purpose/career, and addiction recovery - alcohol, food, and even relationship addiction.

In addition to my many Life Coaching certifications, I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Organized Leadership, Applied Sociology, and an Associate’s Degree in Communications.
