THE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION
THE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION:
ThIe Breakthrough Session is 90 minutes, and is as intense and transformative as you allow it to be. We can accomplish a lot during a breakthrough session, however, I recommend my coaching packages for long-term accountability and true transformation. The packages offer partnership-level guidance as I do make myself available for texts and short calls between sessions! You will never feel alone on your healing journey. (Limit is one single session per month since packages are more suitable for accountability and transformation. May also be used for maintenance following a package)
Your job: Be honest with me about what’s going on in your life. You found me for a reason, I do not believe it is a coincidence that you are reading this page. If you are willing to be open and vulnerable with an unbiased person (ME!) we can accomplish A LOT in only ONE session! In order to see the change in your life, you must be committed to receiving and applying the knowledge you receive in your session. If you have resistance or a closed mind, my sessions are not for you.
My job: Listen to you without judgment and use my strong intuitive skills to guide you through this process. This is a partnership and a safe space. Your sessions are completely confidential. I know you might feel like your secrets are unspeakable, or maybe you have some shame and guilt (hey, we all do!) but I can assure you that I have heard it all, and there is an excellent chance that I can “out-secret” you! The more you open up, the more I can help.
This session is customized specifically for you! Unlike talk therapy which focused more on your past, life coaching is about creating SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-frame). You will not be talking the entire session like you would do in talk therapy - coaching is more of a partnership. I will adjust to your personality when it comes to chatting, but my job is to guide you and keep you focused on your original goals. Coaching is teamwork. We are designing your future, not regurgitating your past. If you need help recovering from past traumas, a therapist would be a better choice for you. I will be focusing more on your present life and the future you hope to achieve.

This is not a generalized course. Everyone is unique, and I want to meet you where you are today. I will not waste your time going over things you already know. These sessions can be as basic or advanced as you choose! After you complete your sessions, you will have the tools and confidence needed to pursue your dreams.
Keep in mind, that you must APPLY the knowledge I give you and actually do "the work" in order to receive the results you are seeking. Coaching clients are not passive - action and commitment are required in order to change your life!
ADDICTION RECOVERY
ADDICTION RECOVERY WITH THE LAW OF ATTRACTION:
This package is for the sober-curious or for individuals who have already decided to quit an addiction but are struggling, or maybe you already quit and want to ensure that you do not slide back into old habits. If you are familiar with my background, then you know that I have used the Law of Attraction to successfully break my addiction to alcohol. I was an everyday drinker for nearly 3 decades guys, so if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
My ideal client is self-aware enough to know that addiction is no longer serving them and has already established that their addiction is blocking them from living their best life! They may attend a group program already, but desire something more individualized and unique.
Personally, I did not attend AA, but I encourage all my clients to keep doing whatever is working for them and to use my coaching as an additional tool. These sessions come with a free deck of my “Addiction Recovery with the Law of Attraction” cards. Packages start at 2 months and go up to one year. There are many different levels of addictions, the spectrum is WIDE. So, depending on where you stand in your journey, we can decide on a plan during your free discovery call. Together, we will customize a plan, specifically for you!

As a Certified Relationship Coach who has decades of experience, I can help you attract and keep the love you desire! I use a combination of Psychology, Law of Attraction, and manifestation techniques so that you can align with the person of your dreams. I will even assist you with your dating profile!

So, you’ve heard of the Law of Attraction & it sounds interesting to you. Maybe you have even spent time researching it on the Internet, watched countless YouTube videos, and dabbled in it here and there, but you still aren’t getting the results you want. This is where I can help you!
The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that we can’t escape. It is not a religion. It is all about ENERGY!!! We are using it by either default or deliberately, so my job is to teach you how to use this law to your advantage and have the leverage to create a better personal reality! I will teach you how to master this law by identifying your blind spots (we all have them!) and coach you on all the misconceptions that you’ll find through trying to figure it all out on your own.
